To this day, "Santa Monica" is the song everyone tells me they love. Even strangers I've never met before have asked people I know to tell me how much they like this song, and it's the single that got the best media coverage after being featured on several music websites, so in a way I feel really thankful for this song seeing how many people listened to it and liked it.

It's a catchy summer song that talks about making the most out of our lives, and I feel like it's a song that represents freedom in a wonderful way. It was inspired by the Santa Monica pier, which is a place I've wanted to visit ever since I was a kid, and it's the kind of song that makes you want to dance and enjoy the summer time. I mean, it's my own song but even I feel happy listening to this track's positive summer vibes! I tried to get in touch with the Santa Monica city hall to show them I had created a song inspired by their city, but no one ever replied so I guess they weren't too impressed, oh well.

The main song was so summery I felt like adding another summer song as a b-side would be such a good decision to make this single cohesive and conceptual, so the track "Touch The Sky" is also a catchy song about wanting to feel real emotions and not waste time on fake feelings that lead to nothing.
