1. Mulholland Drive

"Mulholland Drive" is the fourth track to be released off my project "666", which involves releasing 6 different songs under 6 different genres on the 6th of each month starting from July 2023. It's a song about being trapped in your own reality while desperately looking for a savior, and even though I've never been to Los Angeles yet, as I was writing the lyrics I somehow kept picturing myself at night, just looking at the city from one of the overlooks in Mulholland Drive. Eventually that specific road became an inspiration for one of my darkest songs so far.

I wanted this song to sound as dreamy and eerie as possible, to the point dream pop became its main genre. There are many organic elements in this track, such as acoustic guitars and bells, and they all work really well together creating this atmosphere where, by simply listening the music, it just takes you to a specific time and place just like reading a novel book.
